About Vintry & Mercer
We offer four distinctive spaces within our hotel for private events and meetings in the City of London. The Music Room seats up to 10 and features teal blue panels decorated with British album covers.
Our Mercer Roof Terrace offers panoramic views across London's skyline, including St Paul's Cathedral and The Shard, and can host larger receptions. Each space is designed for corporate entertaining, celebrations, and private dining.

80% of all contracted room hire revenue
80% of all contracted Day Delegate Rate and food and beverage revenue
Less than 45 working days prior to the arrival date of The Function:
100% of all contracted revenue and any other costs incurred by The Hotel on The Client’s behalf
All cancellations or postponements should be put in writing by the Client in all circumstances.
The cancellation policy will apply for postponement of events at the hotel discretion
