Wild Roots Studio is a dedicated therapy and yoga space located beneath Speciality Cafetiere coffee shop on Hackney Road. The studio hosts 1:1 sessions including massage therapy, talking therapy, somatic therapy, physiotherapy, yoga and pilates, alongside workshops, retreats and special events. Weekday therapist rates run Monday, Thursday, 8am, 6pm, with a 4-hour minimum (£80, £130). The studio opens Saturday 1:30pm, 8pm and Sunday 1pm, 7pm at £50 per hour (2-hour minimum). The space is designed for embodied movement practices and seasonal workshops infused with intention and ritual, supporting connection to self, others and nature.
